He uses his skills to guide you and deliver a professional package complete with source files and images you can use for your website. He is very fluent in my language which is English. He responded quickly and communicated effectively. Regarding the book cover, I am happy with the results but if you are nitpicky like me, work with your inner circle and develop a mockup (fonts, colors, and all) beforehand and consider having the cover done separately first.
