First of all I have to say that Onur went out of his way, to deliver the best possible result. My project was probably not the easiest as I wanted a very specific cover, but Onur was very quick to apply numerous change requests. He delivered more drafts and concepts then expected and tried to give different options to work with. I must say that it took a while until we were on the same page regarding the style and general look and feel, but once we got there I was extremely happy with the result. I had asked the seller to resize eBook and interior paperback and she did. She volunteered to resize the book cover and eBook cover. But I wanted the name of the book and author added to the spine. But she said that it would be rejected if I did. I've talked to another seller since then and he is willing to take the time to add the name of the book and author to the spine. I feel she could do a lot better by doing more for the buyer's request. Plus, I had to ask her to redo my eBook due to some errors and she kept telling me it's not a big issue. But when you have the world looking at your product. You want the best. Other than that, she did good. Still waiting!

Paid premium price for one design and help with Kindle publishing. I received one design as promised but she seemed hesitant to help with Kindle publishing. Instead of helping, I received rushed, half answers & a request to complete the delivery. I should have just paid for the basic package.
