I had asked the seller to resize eBook and interior paperback and she did. She volunteered to resize the book cover and eBook cover. But I wanted the name of the book and author added to the spine. But she said that it would be rejected if I did. I've talked to another seller since then and he is willing to take the time to add the name of the book and author to the spine. I feel she could do a lot better by doing more for the buyer's request. Plus, I had to ask her to redo my eBook due to some errors and she kept telling me it's not a big issue. But when you have the world looking at your product. You want the best. Other than that, she did good. Still waiting!

Paid premium price for one design and help with Kindle publishing. I received one design as promised but she seemed hesitant to help with Kindle publishing. Instead of helping, I received rushed, half answers & a request to complete the delivery. I should have just paid for the basic package.
